Our tuttus are sewn by hand in your choice of colors and sizes. They are made with satin ribbon and bows and a variety of different colored tulle, sparkled and plain. They are filled to the brim with love, silk flowers and sequins. Each tuttu comes with a matching hair barette.They make great gifts for your little fairy princess or purchase a few of them and have a fairy party (makes a great party favor).
