After your order is placed for we will contact you regarding your picture. If your picture is digital you can e-mail it to us at pincinella@cs.com. If your picture needs to be scanned we will do that free of charge- you will have to mail it to us at our mailing address. We will then contact you with a "proof" of your charm. Once you are satisfied with the design your order will be created. Please note these are custom made to your order. Please allow us 7 working days from that date of your approval to receive your order. If you need your item faster than that- please e-mail us first for arrangements and postage options. We regret that we can not accept returns on these items as they are made especially for you, unless of course they are received damaged.
