What should I do if I have a gift certificate or promotional code?
Well, naturally you should jump up and down in glee as someone who loves you very much has given you a wonderful gift! In order to redeem your gift certificate go shopping and enter your valid code in the check out page.

Why are some of the images not showing up?
This site requires java in order to be viewed properly. Please download the latest version to your computer for optimal performance on this site.

Why do you have such limited sizes/quantities of certain items?
Many of the products on our website are being phased out. Once certain items are gone, they will not be reordered. Sizes of cloth diapers that are not available can be ordered upon request. Please contact us for more information.

What is the return policy?
If you would like an exchange or refund please call or contact us within 7 days from invoice for a RAN. We will try to make it as simple and painless as possible. We do not refund shipping unless your received something in our error. Otherwise- the shipping was a service that was rendered.
Things that can not be returned:
Skin Care products such as California Baby or Little Twig products.
Any item that does not have a RAN.
Worn shoes or clothing- we can accept a return or exchange if it does not fit; but please do not send us any WORN items back. We will not accept anything that is not in its original condition or not resellable.   We will have to charge you shipping charges to resend it to you or charge you a 50% restocking fee on your refund.
Any item NOT in its original packaging- such as a box or cello wrap on a CD.
Personalized items can not be returned unless they were received damaged.
Any Cloth diapers or accessories that are not in original packaging.
Anything noted in description that is not returnable.

If you received FREE SHIPPING on an item and you return it your refund will be minus original shipping charges. We also do not reimburse you to ship it back to us. Sorry:(

How are my items shipped?
Most  items are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless you want to have them shipped a different way. We would be happy to assist you, please call us or e-mail us for alternative shipping prices and options.

Does Free Shipping Apply to Canadian or International Orders?
At this time free shipping applies to US orders only- not including Alaska and Hawaii. But we love you anyway and want you to order from us so contact us when you decide what you would like to order and we will give you a SHIPPING DISCOUNT CODE that you can enter to get a discount on you shipping- For example $4.00 off Pediped Shoes - $8.00 Off Free Shipping Diaper Bags - $15 Off  Select Bedding Sets. it will depend on your item. What should I do if you don't sell an item one of your vendors sells.
You should e-mail us immediately. We would be more than happy to order it for you in our next order to them.  We can not stock the entire line for some vendors- but do carry a very nice sampling of the items we have tested and enjoy.
